Julie Callicotte, MOTR/L
Co-founder · Certified LENS Practitioner
Julie is a certified LENS Neurofeedback Clinician with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. She has spent over 15 years working with children and adults across a variety of clinical settings, bringing a steady, relationship-centered approach to her work. She is also a mom of two children, which continues to inform her understanding of development, regulation, and the rhythms of everyday life. Julie's interest in LENS Neurofeedback grew through witnessing and experiencing the shifts it can support in nervous system regulation, mental health, and overall well-being, and this continues to inform her clinical work. Her background includes a strong focus on sensory integration, mindfulness, and the brain–body connection. These perspectives shape how she understands each person's experience and support a thoughtful, individualized approach. Her work is grounded in the belief that the brain has an innate capacity to regulate, heal, and move toward balance when given the right support, often allowing for a greater sense of steadiness, clarity, and resilience. Julie values creating a collaborative space where each client feels comfortable, heard, and supported.

Jessica Pumpa, APCC
Co-founder · Certified LENS Practitioner
Jessica is a certified LENS Neurofeedback Clinician with a Master's degree in Clinical Neuropsychology from Simon Fraser University. Her passion for this work began in her teens, after experiencing firsthand the transformative potential of neurofeedback to shift mental patterns and enhance overall well-being. That experience set her on a lifelong path of studying the brain, behavior, and healing, beginning with undergraduate research using EEG technology to explore the connection between neural activity and emotional regulation for optimal mental health. Jessica brings both clinical training and intuitive sensitivity to her sessions. She has completed a two-year course in intuitive healing and spent five years teaching mindfulness at a local elementary school, acquiring tools she continues to integrate into her work with clients today. Jessica enjoys working with people of all ages and backgrounds, and she finds particular joy in supporting children, teens, and families as they explore growth and regulation together. She believes that meaningful change is possible when we learn to work with the brain, and is honored to help clients reconnect with their innate resilience and clarity.
